The guests can learn very important themes as the attention to the environment, the knowledge and the respect of the animals, the run of the foods from the field to the table and the natural biological cycles. 

To develop the love for the country through the game and the pleasure to be to contact with the nature is not able whether to contribute to form, tomorrow, more careful consumers to the origin of the products and to a biological economy.

• Harvest of the olives (november-december)

In our farm there are some  hundred of olive trees you with a predominant variety of plants Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino.

Olive oil is one of the most typical products of Tuscan agriculture and a symbol of our cuisine, a well-known product which has recently been rediscovered together with the flavours of classic home cooking.

 

• Visit at the aromatic and medicinal plants (spring-summer)

We cultivate biological medicinal plants: Coriandrum sativum, Allium schoenoprasum, Malva silvestris, Lavanda officinalis, Rosmarinus officinalis, Salvia officinalis,  Mentha x piperita.

The guests can participate in the harvest of the plants.

 

 

Other activities can be followed together with the Family Carnibella, for instance the cut of the firewood in the wood or the preparation of the pizza, of the bread, of the other dishes typical of the Tuscan cuisine.

Palio of Casole d’Elsa is a competition of horses climbed on by jockeys.The raced competition is effected, riding to hair, on a special footstep. The districts that participate are six and they correspond to precise territorial divisions.

Summer in Radicondoli is a festival devoted to the most meaningful experiences in theater in Tuscany.
